The Charlie is delicately placed at the prosperous juncture of coffee, books, farmer's markets, great food, and pet stores. The location alone creates the sensation of being at the nucleus of your own universe - with all your basic needs an arm's length away. That convenience goes a long way in recapturing coveted time and attention. We've only been here for a few weeks, but already know we made the right decision in relocating to The Charlie. If you're an active, social person who appreciates... their personal space and recharge time, then definitely consider the "spot near Alana's."

Christina and Taimy are the BEST at what they do and have made our relocation from the East Coast to the West Coast fantastic! They are very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the area and my daughter and I are truly grateful for all they have done to assist us.
